CNC Machinist Job Description
At Bennett and Game Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce custom tooling and components that support the efficient production of our packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program CNC machines to interpret engineering drawings and CAD files for precise cuts, dimensions, and finishes.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and design specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, turning or milling.
  • Proficient in programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controlled machines.
  • High level of precision and attention to quality and detail.

Benefits:
  • Full-time permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (48 available).
  • $32,000 - $36,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
