Role Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our vibrant sales team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of customer relationships and winning business opportunities for KeTech, while enabling better journeys for rail passengers and increased efficiencies for Train Operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and nurture new relationships with customers
- Produce high-quality proposals and contribute to larger bids with colleagues
- Contribute to all aspects of sales and sales planning within the sales team
Requirements
- Bright, outcome-oriented, and self-motivated individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and enquiries simultaneously
- Basic sales experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Excellent writing and numerical skills
- Keen to learn and hungry for success
- Passionate about customer experience and digital transformation
