Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standard, adhering to CH&CO's quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist with food preparation in the kitchen, adhering to CH&CO's standards and guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain service counters, ensuring a clean and tidy environment for customers.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to CH&CO's cash handling procedures.
  • Participate in monthly stock takes and assist with inventory management.
  • Report any equipment or building fabric faults, hygiene, health, and safety hazards to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
