Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of client meetings and the preparation of necessary reports and materials.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing valuable insights to our clients.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner is essential, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
