We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team based in Bristol. As Site Manager, you will be focusing on the Voids workstream of a brand new 15-year contract we have secured.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Site Manager, overseeing the running of voids works on site. You will be responsible for planning and supervising projects, ensuring timely completion, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the running of voids works on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Organizing workload, labor planning, plant, and material orders to meet project requirements.
  • Communicating costs, progress, and variances back to surveyors and management regularly.
  • Conducting effective inductions for direct and subcontractor workforce members.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including private mileage scheme and fuel card, employer pension contribution of up to 5%, and life insurance of 3 x salary.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade background (all trades considered) qualified to NVQ level 2 or above/equivalent.
  • SMSTS certification would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer-centric skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a workforce.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
