This is a competitive role for a Dynamic Applications Developer to join our team at Catch Resource Management in Cheltenham.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in X++, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and PowerApps, with experience in designing, developing, and customising solutions across both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement modules.

As a Dynamic Applications Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, business-critical solutions, ensuring system enhancements are effectively integrated, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into powerful, scalable systems.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site in Cheltenham. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 F&O and CE solutions using X++
  • Enhance existing Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) to meet evolving business requirements
  • Create custom entities, forms, reports, and workflows within F&O and CE environments
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party applications
  • Design and build PowerApps solutions to automate and streamline business processes
  • Leverage Power Automate to create workflows that integrate with Dynamics 365 and other platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for implemented solutions
