Tunbridge Wells is home to our boutique consultancy, specialising in Commercial and Residential property with projects up to £200Million in value. As a Senior Building Asset Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team of experts in delivering high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Delivering large-scale construction and surveying projects
  • Overseeing project budgets and ensuring timely completion

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
  • A car allowance, performance bonus, and RICS subscription paid
  • A 9% pension scheme and flexible hybrid working arrangement
