We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join our client, an award-winning house builder in Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your career with a business that continually develops and evolves.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey, ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet clients on-site
  • Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration
  • Collation and research of competitor sales
  • Monitor survey feedback
  • Monitor entry dates, conclusion of missives, sales incentive plans and packages

You will ideally have sales experience from a similar role and will understand the importance of delivering excellent service at all times. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will enjoy working in a sales environment.
