We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead for Urgent Care Services at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients attending with injuries and undifferentiated health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients attending with injuries and undifferentiated health problems.
- Utilize expert diagnostic skills and clinical reasoning to provide autonomous, unscheduled care for patients presenting with acute undifferentiated conditions.
- Collaborate with emergency services, other healthcare professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver care.
- Work in association with colleagues to define standards of care and practice aimed at maintaining, developing, or improving quality.
- Deliver care within a culturally sensitive framework.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner with the following qualifications and skills:
- Registered Practitioner NMC/HCPC
- Advanced qualification (Masters level) relevant to post or willing to undertake the eportfolio route if suitable
- Independent non-medical prescriber
- Teaching qualification
- Leadership training
Desirable qualifications and skills include experience of working with children, minor injuries course, and experience in Accident & Emergency or UTC.
