As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing data analysis and visualization applications using Python and related technologies.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for data analysis and visualization. You will also participate in agile planning, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data analysis and visualization applications using Python and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate data visualizations and insights into software applications.
  • Implement data security and access controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Understanding of data storage and database concepts, including data modeling and schema design.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including agile development and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
