Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive SHEQ Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's mission of ensuring critical technology functions reliably, consistently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain SHEQ policies aligned with company values.
- Deliver training programs and monitor compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments, routine inspections, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SHEQ improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of SHEQ activities, including training, audits, and incident reports.

Requirements:
- IOSH Working Safely certificate (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years' experience in a SHE role or similar position.
- A solid understanding of SHE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and train others.
- Independence, team-oriented behavior, and attention to detail.
