About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and terrace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant and Bar Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar, and terrace.
  • Provide training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent to the team.
  • Take responsibility for being a leader while on shift and enjoy sharing positive guest and management feedback with the team.
  • Grow your own skills and knowledge by working closely with senior managers and taking opportunities for further internal and external training.
  • Bring your own skills and experience to the role, whether it's creating rotas, managing stock, or conducting inductions.
