Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Platforms Engineer to join our team in the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the structural integrity of submarines during operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement design authority requirements for surveys, repairs, and concessions.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with operational defence equipment and facility modifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional registration in line with current policy.
  • A Level 6 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or significant experience.
  • Nuclear Introductory Course, System Safety Awareness, and other relevant certifications.
  • 4 years' experience in a maritime post.

The estimated salary for this role is £550pd inside IR35, and SC Clearance is required. We offer a competitive package that includes hybrid working arrangements.
