Job Role:

To source candidates via advertising, job board searches, networking, referrals, and company database. Shortlist and telephone interview candidates to determine their suitability for a specified vacancy. Format CVs and write interview reports ready for sending to clients. Arrange interviews and conduct interview preparation with candidates. Make offers to candidates or reject accordingly. Associated administration tasks.

Requirements:

Confident, personable, and professional individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good sense of humour is essential. Previous recruitment experience is great, but not essential. A strong sales background is beneficial, especially with phone work. Experience in estate agency, car sales, or general telesales is highly beneficial.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary, regular pay rises, excellent uncapped commission, bonuses, and incentive schemes. Comprehensive training for all new starters. Opportunity to study for industry exams after a qualifying period. 22 days holiday to start, rising to 28 days plus bank holidays after 2 years. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. No evening or weekend work required, but recruiters may be expected to work extra hours to meet business needs.
