About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Advisor to join a leading insurance business as they continue to expand their operations. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes and providing personalized support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Taking customers through a questionnaire to gather accurate information and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products.
  • Building rapport with customers to increase the chances of generating sales and providing a positive experience.
  • Generating quotes and offering prices to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Recording accurate notes and answers to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service or sales experience within a contact centre environment.
  • Desirable: experience selling insurance products.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £22,308.
  • 6 months of guaranteed commission from starting (£210 per month).
  • Realistic OTE in year one of £32,500, with high-performing Sales Executives earning upwards of £60,000 per annum, inclusive of monthly commission and quarterly bonuses.
