Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at TP ICAP. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, meeting key targets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed performance targets as agreed with management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and report any breaches
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of new business and development requirements
  • Assist the AR team with ad-hoc tasks and provide support as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in a finance or operations environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and regulations
  • Experience with Oracle AR Module and Oracle Financials/E-Business Suite
  • Sound knowledge of finance and accounting principles
