We are a SEN school specializing in the education and care of children and young people aged 7-19 years with ASD and associated learning difficulties. Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with 44 acres of surrounding grounds. We provide a supportive and collaborative working environment where you can flourish in your career and feel incredibly rewarded by helping those who need it most.

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified therapist to work closely with our therapists and other professionals, providing support to students with complex needs. The successful candidate will undertake initial assessments, develop individual therapy plans, and lead group and/or individual therapy sessions. You will also contribute to the development of our therapy programs and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and associated learning difficulties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
