Spencer - Richardson is currently seeking an exceptional Onboarding & Induction Administrator to join their team, playing a key role in driving the organization's mission forward.

About the Role:

As Onboarding & Induction Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all new site inductions, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and that operators are properly inducted and prepared for their placements on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all new site induction procedures, ensuring timely bookings and adherence to established policies.
  • Support the Resourcing Team in proactively inducting operators, aligning their skills profiles with project demands.
  • Maintain accurate administration related to inductions, following procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with wider teams, providing administrative support to enhance overall team performance and engagement.

To Be Successful:

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and drive to excel in tasks.
  • Prior experience managing subcontractor and operative workforces.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Natural ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with plant machinery and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain high standards.

A competitive salary of £38,000-£43,000 per annum reflects the organization's commitment to attracting top talent.
