As a graduate of our 18-month programme, you will join the Primary Network Design (PND) unit, responsible for designing and strategically developing the distribution network system throughout National Grid Electricity Distribution.

We're looking for talented graduates in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or Data Sciences to join our team. You'll need a minimum 2:2 degree classification and a valid UK driving license. As part of our graduate programme, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills through in-person and virtual development sessions.
