Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Surveyor to join our Building and Project Consultancy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively assisting in the day-to-day delivery of projects, and carrying out dilapidations on behalf of Landlords & Tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects, including building surveys and site inspections.
  • Carrying out dilapidations on behalf of Landlords & Tenants, including the production of Schedules of Condition and Technical Due Diligence Reports.
  • Undertaking building surveys and site inspections to identify defects and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair.
  • Production of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction, and development projects.
  • Delivery of contract administration services, including working with external clients and consultant teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal - to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Capable report and specification writing skills to produce high-quality reports and specifications.
