About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment - Education is seeking an experienced Science Teacher to work on a supply basis in Secondary Schools across Northamptonshire. As a Science Teacher with Hays, you will have the opportunity to work in local schools, covering day-to-day and long-term supply positions.

Responsibilities

  • Support students with their learning
  • Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
  • Be familiar with the schools' policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
  • Be confident in delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Be capable of adapting to varying student needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Science Teacher with QTS. You must have good knowledge of the current curriculum and recent experience teaching pupils aged 11-18. You will need to be able to provide good to outstanding references.
