About the Role

BCN Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving sales business planning, generating insights, and achieving operational excellence within our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough business analyses to identify critical growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable process improvements within financial performance
  • Lead critical projects and initiatives from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with BCN management to ensure data-driven decisions and optimize resources for growth and ROI

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, and/or relevant experience in financial analysis, with a focus on commercial teams within B2B technology
  • Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert Excel analysis skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred)
