Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges, Oxford Street. As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of a team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales growth for the FRAME brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to customers by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to their needs.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Conduct refunds and exchanges, helping customers find alternative products or offering online services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.
  • Stock Management: Manage customer feedback, use it constructively to raise service and sales standards, and be responsible for stock in your department.
  • Sales Performance: Keep the FRAME team up to date with sales, ensure you are hitting weekly/monthly sales goals, and push the team to achieve these targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
  • Reporting: Work on a weekly retail report to keep the FRAME team informed on weekly sales and callouts.
  • Health and Safety: Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, exceptional communication skills, strong organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Qualifications: Full-time position, flexible hours, and willingness to work weekends.
