About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in Years 7-9, using innovative teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of the academy and the Trust.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and improve teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development of the academy's Mathematics curriculum and resources.
