Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Build Force Talent UK Ltd, overseeing a large residential estate in South East London.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Building Surveyor and the Building Surveying Department to assist in all aspects of repair, maintenance, and improvement of properties on the Estate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Property and the Commercial Estate Manager in implementing and delivering the Estate's strategy goals and specific projects and tasks.
  • Ensure that the property portfolio is fully compliant with Health and Safety legislation and implement any necessary health and safety measures.
  • Undertake and drive forward the requirements under the Building Safety Act.

Requirements:

  • Member of the RICS with a proven track record of professional competency.
  • Surveying/Property Management experience; previous experience in surveying is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues and tenants across written and verbal platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • UK Driving License and own vehicle.
