About the Role

We are currently recruiting relief chefs to work with various hospitality businesses, including hotels, restaurants, event caterers, contract caterers, resorts, and visitor attractions in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a relief chef or in a similar role.
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
