HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist with us, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance on a range of people-related matters across the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with our teams to drive HR initiatives, promote a positive work environment, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and values.

• You will support employee relations, guiding managers to manage processes effectively.
• You will provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR.
• You will support and facilitate training and development, working with our Performance and Development team.
• You will develop strong engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives to focus on retention and succession planning.
• You will support the HR team in delivering the people strategy.
• You will work with the HR team to ensure HR goals and objectives are met and the business receives a professional HR service.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
