Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Farm Stockworker to join our team at Sofina Foods in Malton.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that involves day-to-day tasks relating to animal care, feed management, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with animals and be willing to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeding, bedding, and movement of animals, as well as ensuring their welfare.
- Managing feed supplies and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
