About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TK Maxx Lisnagelvin. As a Retail Associate, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
