Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support to access their education.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Manchester-based setting.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEN or in an SEN setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning strategies.
