The Job:

You will join our dedicated team as a Care Assistant/Complex Care Assistant, supporting service users with daily living tasks and clinical needs under the guidance of our clinical team.

  • Deliver high-quality care, prioritizing service users' needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with family members and our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to service users' care planning, monitoring their progress and reporting changes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in a care setting, preferably with complex care needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with service users and their families.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • An enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
