Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision and Oversight: oversee the construction and installation of noise control projects and enclosures on various sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Subcontractor Management: coordinate and manage subcontractor installation partners, ensuring they meet the Merford high standards and project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the construction and installation process, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Health and Safety Management: implement and oversee health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and quality checks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on noise control or related fields.
  • Possess knowledge and/or understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent Merford professionally to clients, subcontractors, and the internal organization.
