RGN Unit Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RGN Unit Manager to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our nursing and care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet the care needs of our residents, providing health supervision and direct nursing care when required.
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and instruct junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records.
