Job Title: Financial Sustainability Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Sustainability Partner to join our team at Mars, Incorporated. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in business partnering with the organization on the health of the Value Leadership pipeline and our challenging Sustainability roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide financial support and guidance to ensure savings and investments are correctly assessed and implementation meets expectations to achieve business results and overall targets.

* Collaborate with sustainability teams and business units to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into financial planning and decision-making.

* Conduct financial analysis and modelling to evaluate the economic impact of sustainability initiatives.

* Guide the budgeting and forecasting processes (IVCP and AEP) for sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals and sustainability targets.

Requirements:

* Finance / Business Management school or equivalent and working experience.

* Fluent in English.
