Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in developing and implementing strategies to improve front of house performance
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide outstanding service to our guests
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.70, plus £2.80 average tips per hour
