Company Overview

10x Value Partners is a pioneering think tank and investment firm founded by Christian Schroeder, a seasoned entrepreneur and investor. Our focus is on value investing across various asset classes, including technology start-ups, real estate, private debt, and special situations.

We are seeking a talented co-founder to join our team and help create the next generation of billion-dollar companies. Our validated business models offer a unique opportunity for the right teams to partner with us and achieve significant success.

With a proven track record of creating 10 companies in the last 4 years, 50% of which are on track to reach a valuation over $100 million in the next 6-12 months, we are confident in our ability to support and guide our co-founders to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take co-founder level responsibility for building an innovative tech company
  • Run the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets
  • Build, lead, and motivate your own energetic and results-oriented team
  • Identify opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external)

Requirements

  • You have a strong desire to found a company but want support in finding the right idea and getting it off the ground
  • You have an outstanding degree/MBA from a top university
  • You have gained working experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity and/or as a senior manager in a successful, venture-backed technology start-up
  • You have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
  • You can effectively work in an independent, structured, and goal-oriented manner
  • You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers, and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • You are team-oriented and ambitious
  • You are fluent in English
