Camp Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at ALPADIA Language Schools SA. As a key member of our summer school team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our camps, providing exceptional student experiences, and leading a team of staff.

• Staff Management: Manage and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality programmes, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
• Student Management: Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Language Programme: Assist the Academic Manager in delivering a developing and enjoyable language experience for students, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
• Activities Programme: Assist the Activity Manager in delivering a well-structured and engaging activities programme, providing a range of options for students to choose from.
• Welfare and Health & Safety: Ensure relevant policies and procedures are in place to promote student wellbeing and safety, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring parents, students, and staff are informed and engaged throughout the summer school programme.
• Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of camp administration, including staff management, student records, and camp finance.

• Qualifications: A relevant degree and experience in a related field, such as education, youth work, or management.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team, manage budgets, and ensure student safety and wellbeing.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programmes and services.
