About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mail Delivery Driver to join our team at Exeter Mail Centre. As a key member of our driving team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and delivering mail and parcels from major customers, Post Offices, and Mail Centres
  • Loading and unloading mail from vans and sorting it into correct onward distribution
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets and deadlines
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • A valid Periodic Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification (CPC) and Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
