**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifaceted Packaging Technologist to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd.

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

As a Multifaceted Packaging Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective packaging strategies that balance commercial requirements with brand values and customer needs.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of packaging products, from initial design concepts to final production.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, designers, and other partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., packaging, design, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in packaging design, innovation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful packaging projects that meet customer needs and business objectives.
