We are a major and well-established lift company seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in the Blackpool area. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lift systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a lift service engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and components
