Job Title: Assistant Accountant

CV Screen Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, preparing financial statements, and assisting with financial accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly payroll files and reconcile discrepancies
  • Manage staff credit card and cash expenses
  • Assist with financial accounting duties, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Support the purchase ledger function and assist with yearend audit preparation
Requirements:
  • Previous payroll experience and knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
  • Active study of ACCA, CIMA, or AAT qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
