About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Social Value Officer to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our Social Value Team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and community partners, ensuring the delivery of social value commitments and meeting required deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a network of external stakeholders and community partners, including training providers, residents, and public sector contacts.
  • Completing case studies, social media content, and newsletters to promote our social value initiatives.
  • Leading the apprentice training programme, coordinating work experience placements, careers evenings, mock interviews, site visits, and mentoring.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in CSR/community regeneration activity and creating environmental programmes that engage residents and address environmental concerns. You should have a working knowledge of apprenticeships and safeguarding, as well as the ability to innovate and personalise your approach to target specific issues in the communities we serve.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CSR/community regeneration activity and creating environmental programmes.
  • Working knowledge of apprenticeships and safeguarding.
  • Good connections with local schools and educational establishments, third sector organisations, and community groups.
  • A valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
