About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Operative to join our team in South East England. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt products site equipment and infrastructure, as well as transporting team members from Portsmouth using the company van.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and nights as needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general operations, excellent communication skills, and a valid CSCS card.
