Job Description:

A Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our business operations align with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will possess fluency in Polish, German, and English, strong time management and organizational skills, ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, keen attention to detail, and interest in healthy living and nutrition.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Educating partners on best practices and compliance guidelines
  • Investigating and resolving compliance-related issues
  • Preparing monthly reports and tracking compliance matters
  • Representing Compliance at events and providing face-to-face education
  • Occasional public speaking to small and large groups
  • Occasional travel to support events and training as needed
