About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Virtus Talent. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and building a client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Account management of new client wins and building a client base
  • Generating and attending client visits
  • Advertising vacancies and resourcing candidates
