Key Responsibilities- Posting and Allocating Cash: Accurately process and allocate cash transactions to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage Ledger and Customer Relationships: Identify and manage customer accounts, escalating overdue debt to relevant parties as necessary.
- Manage Payment Plans: Develop and implement payment plans to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Take Card Payments: Process card payments and manage related transactions.
- Set Up New Customers: Configure new customers on the finance system, ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding.
