Exciting Opportunity for Assistant Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Development Manager to join our team at Vistry Services in Brentwood, Essex. As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Major Projects Team in the efficient running of development and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the pre-construction process via the project team from option to completion
  • Assist the Technical Team in preparing and submitting ELT notes
  • Coordinate the different contributors to a project and prioritize tasks to ensure all aspects are completed to standard and on time
  • Effectively negotiate, motivate, and communicate to influence others to ensure required programs are met
  • Support the delivery process for the project from option to completion and handover
Requirements:
  • Degree level
  • Experience in assisting non-standard residential developments through the delivery process
  • Ability to work well with others in the wider team
  • Willingness to travel to sites across a wide geography
Desirable:
  • Working towards a membership of a professional body
  • Confident in their own abilities
  • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
