As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our pubs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

To achieve this, you will be required to know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers, greet and serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us.

You will also assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet our high standards and customer expectations. Maintaining a safe, legal, and clean environment is essential, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the front of house area is always up to our high standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a great eye for detail, a passion for giving great service, and a positive can-do attitude.
