Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing stock deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring products are displayed in a way that showcases their features and benefits.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, report any incidents or hazards to the store management team, and participate in regular health and safety training.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
