About the Role

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all warranty paperwork is properly documented and verified by the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and process outstanding claims and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Process warranty repair orders and maintain high standards of service.
  3. Ensure all processes are compliant with company policy and manufacturer procedures.
  4. Manage parts returns and maintain accurate documentation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest news from manufacturers and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  2. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. A methodical and proactive approach to work.
  4. Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  5. Ability to manage workload and work independently.
  6. High levels of organization and time management.
